Shipping & Returns
Currently we ship to the US and Canada. Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes which the buyer must pay upon receipt of their package. We cannot predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Shipments to Canada may be delayed by customs and are outside of Horse Saddle Corral's control. Orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the items on your order are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order (most often within 48 business hours). We will send you tracking information once the order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to contact our Sales department.

Please inspect the packaging of your order when it arrives. If you notice any damage you should refuse delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Returns department and attach photos to enable us to process an insurance claim on your behalf. Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation as most orders ship out either same day or early next morning. If an order has already been marked as shipped and you still wish to cancel, you will need to refuse delivery of the order and it will be returned to the shipper. In such cases, you will be credited back the product purchase price less actual return shipping costs as well as the standard 15% restocking fee.
Horse Saddle Corral does not guarantee that any product purchased from this site will fit your horse. We provide the best information available directly from the manufacturer.
Returns are accepted as long as the product is in its original, unused, and resellable condition and you notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: A standard 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total credit amount on returns.
For Horse Saddles: Any saddle that is placed directly on a horse is non-refundable. If you must check fitting, use a clean saddle pad or large trash bag underneath. Saddles which show any evidence of being used will be denied.
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (unless due to a fulfillment error).
Items labeled as Clearance items (located under the Clearance!!) category, are not eligible for return or exchange. While they are in the same new condition as other items and you can get a great deal on these discontinued products, they are sold as-is. You may also identify clearance items when you see "was $xx.xx" next to the current price.
